RESEARCH / PRE-IRB DRAFT

A CONTRIBUTION YOU CHOOSE.

Understand the research before you decide to participate.

Draft consent principles only. No IRB approval is claimed. This page does not enrol you, obtain consent or authorise data collection.

Purpose and participation

The Human Velocity Project proposes exploratory research into AI exposure and self-reported experiences across cognitive offloading, AIHS, occupational burnout and reality-related experiences.

The planned evaluation includes an exposure profile and four fifteen-item scales. Approved questions, eligibility, study duration and the full protocol are pending review.

Voluntary choice

Participation will be optional. You may choose not to participate or stop before submitting. Final consent must explain whether and how a submitted contribution can be withdrawn, including any limits once data is de-identified.

Risks, limits and benefits

Reflecting on personal experiences may be uncomfortable. Privacy risk cannot be eliminated completely. There is no promised personal benefit, diagnosis or treatment. AIHS is a proposed framework under clinical evaluation.

The Project is not a crisis service. If you are concerned about your safety, contact a trusted person, qualified professional or local emergency services.

Information and confidentiality

The intended contribution is de-identified research data. The final terms must specify data fields, access, storage, retention, sharing, any recontact choices and a verified research contact before consent is accepted.
